The academic calendar varies depending on the faculty students belong to.

Students applying to study at the undergraduate level must be in their third year, have completed at least 60 credits at the time of departure, and have completed at least 24 credits of second-year courses. In principle, students will be placed in the Bachelor of Business Administration. To join the program, students are expected to have basic business/commerce knowledge. This program is geared towards business/commerce majors.
The duration of study abroad is one semester; students may request one year, but may not be accepted.

In principle, graduate students applying to study at the graduate level will be placed in the Master of Arts in Intercultural and International Communication and they are expected to have some basic knowledge of Communication/ global studies.
